oUR LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
At Reality Church, we take seriously our call to make disciples and equip people to serve others. Developing leaders was a focus of Christ’s ministry on earth, and we intentionally follow in his footsteps.
Jesus didn’t just recruit others to serve. His followers were invited into his mission, and then taught, mentored, and commissioned to carry it out. He purposefully empowered his disciples to change the world.
The Leadership Table training is for ANY leader who serves either at Reality Church or in the community (your workplace, another non-profit, etc.). You are welcome to bring guests! Check out our upcoming trainings this fall:
More than Words: Sharpening Your Speaking Skills
It’s true — some people just grab our attention when they speak! In this workshop, you’ll learn what to avoid and what to practice so your words come across with more clarity and confidence. Whether in a meeting or speaking to a larger group, discover how to communicate and connect in ways that impact others.

Ever dreaded a tough conversation and wished you could just skip it? In this workshop, you’ll learn simple tools for keeping calm in tense moments. You’ll also discover how these hard conversations can actually build trust and strengthen your leadership.

Leaderpath Classes
Every Reality leader begins their leadership development journey with LeaderPath classes. LeaderPath focuses on training that supports each person in leading themselves and others well.
The first step in LeaderPath includes a better understanding of Reality’s core values.
Over four classes, we dig deep into the seven values that define our church community, plus the practical applications for both leaders and their ministry. From there, leaders are encouraged to take other leadership development classes.
LeaderPath is for Reality Church leaders in every area of ministry. In these four classes, we focus on our church’s core values and how they should shape our actions as leaders. Classes can be taken in ANY order and are offered both live and via podcast — just jump right in!
