WITH Collective is Reality Church's spiritual formation cohort for men and women who are ready to go deeper with God, engage their own story honestly, grow in genuine community with others and be commissioned into a life of freedom and purpose. Together, we'll create space to slow down, become more attentive to God's presence, and discover how He is at work in every part of our lives. Through teaching, spiritual practices, intentional relationships, and honest reflection, you'll be invited into a way of life that leads to greater freedom, identity, and purpose.

WHY WITH EXISTS
This is more than a class and more than a Bible study. WITH Collective is a committed community of people who desire to become more deeply formed in the way of Jesus. Over the course of a year, we'll intentionally walk together—learning, practicing, reflecting, and encouraging one another as God shapes our lives from the inside out. Through intentional gatherings, guided weekly reflection and journaling, shared spiritual practices, worship, retreats, and honest conversations, you'll gradually cultivate a deeper life with God that naturally overflows into every relationship whether in the home, friendships or your workplace.

No. WITH includes community, but it is a more intensive year-long formation cohort designed for people ready for a deeper, more sustained journey.

No. WITH is not for people in crisis. If you are in a season of life with severe mental health needs, ongoing crisis or feeling you are at your maximum capacity, it likely would be better for you to consider applying in future years. WITH Collective is for people who are ready to go deeper.

That is okay. The application process is meant to help with discernment. By filling out the application, together we will pray and discern how God is speaking as your next step. You can also reach out to Pastor Lindsey with questions before applying.

Participants will engage in self-guided reading, reflection, and spiritual practices designed to fit into ordinary life. Each participant will engage relationally to grow their capacity to follow Jesus alongside others in the ordinary day to day of life. Two Saturday retreats are included throughout the year along with optional social outings as a group.

Because WITH is small, intentional, and personal. The application helps us understand your story and discern whether this is the right next step for you.

WITH Collective is one of the few experiences which has a fee at Reality Church. This program is above and beyond what you would normally experience in a local church. The cost covers professional services, curriculum costs, twice monthly gatherings and two retreats.
Because of the generous giving of Reality Church through the Restore Campaign, the cost of this is kept to a little over $100 a month. Further financial aid is available and can be requested upon application.
